No hit has been ordered on this man as he has been an ally for a number of years. The only trait of him we have seen is his somewhat blood-shot eyes from the herb on the most high and he is always the most high. There were times when you could have only found this man in the early hours of the day. We have lost him in our sights so we are not to sure of his movements. The last we heard that that he had a new office of operation, not us, but yet the staff at the college has on open HIT out against him so we believe he has been repatriated to the confines on the TD room.
