Quiet pervades somewhere between Bebel Gilberto and the sound of my mother tinkering in the kitchen
I've blogged
I've replied to my ex with the longest e-mail in a while
My knee hurts like shit
I'm freezing and I won't get up to turn the fan off because my knee hurts
Checking blogs
Distracted really
cold feet cold feet knee burns
Need tea

Yeah we really need to update those pics. Justin doesn't seem perturbed about preserving our innocence though. Ah youth!

Oh lovely - action. Wb Ruf :) Good to read you again. I missed those ramblings too.
He's right Jussy, Ghost World is your kinda thing. I like.

After that break in transmission (2 weeks) I have a new hard drive to partition, to install oh-so-legal software, and to configure new stuff. Sigh. Need a couple sticks o'DDR2 ram to complete me... ok just my system. A new UPS would be nice.

I need a job.

I'd say yeah, but it's been some years since I watched it and can't remember how I felt about it. I think I liked it. Scarlett Johanssen (however it's spelled) has a small role even though she's on the cover. It's from a Daniel Clowes comic - graphic novel if you want, I don't know. Other than a few spots, the movie has really quiet humor, even less direct than Lost in Translation. It's still, solitary, and kind of empty feeling. So if that's your thing or if you can at least empathize with it, I think you might like it. I don't know really.

I'm not a fan of Lois either, for much the same reasons.

I felt the exact same way about Sideways, and for some inexplicable reason I thought Sandra Oh was hot in that movie. If I catch it playing on TV I can't help but watch it through to the end.

Haven't seen Ghost World, recommended?

I'd have to put Superman in my "pretty good flick" pile. It's like that movie Sideways, where you leave feeling it was a good watch, but you can't place why. Not much takes place, you don't really get worked up for the characters much. It's just kind of nothing. And not Lost in Translation nothing, not Ghost World nothing, where the lack of big action exemplifies the stillness of real life. But, it's worth seeing.

Still, Lois Lane is my most hated character ever. So easy to be in love with Superman, but give Clark a chance, damn.

I hate to break the flow of conversation (welcome back sir), but Superman at Movie Towne Wednesday. No times have yet been posted, but I hear we're shooting for around 8:30 PM 9:15 PM.

I figure this post is entirely for Mark, since I know not where to find him these days and fear akward conversation (as I am prone to provide over the phone).
