The end is near...
basically, the end of the semester is here...as of May 5th (for me)
on Friday, i stated my intention of not returning as an RA next Fall to the assistant Director of housing...
This, after seeing the assistant provost and requesting an out-of-state tuition waiver for next Fall
Then, saw the housing guy to unofficially book my residence from September-December
Then made my request for a degree audit..
I have 2 classes this summer, 3 in the fall and shake the hand of the University President goodbye on the afternoon of December 8th.
The problem between then and now however, is that i officially have NO residence for this summer, which begins in just about a week.

Ahhh yess....tis I, captain vegetable...
Long days boy, long as days...
The last two weeks have been both incredibly fun, and incredibly stressful.
Saturday 25th - Ultra Music festival 8 @ Miami.
Day of trance, tribal, breakbeat, drumNbass and dance.
And best of all, my whole floor was paid to be there..
How you ask? - As the water/red bull guys...lol
Thursday-Monday 3rd - The Bahamas.
4 nights of non-stop bliss and music.
2 Clubs, 1 party cruise and 1 reggae festival.
And of course, DJ of the cruise.
If i had my wish, i'd do this for the rest of my life.
Sure i might get board, and it'd be nice to have a steady income. But when you're flown out to do stuff like that, and paid for services rendered, there's really no other way to live life.
....and then of course i got back and have gotten NO sleep thanks to a number of projects that were handed in today...
i swear this type of stuff only happens to me..
i'm finally back from class tonight, start cleaning up the room (that really, really needed it)...
....just to hear a smoke detector going off..
get down there, open the door....FLAMES...
go back, get the extinguisher, realize the thing is right next to the kid's laptop (who was off campus at the time), moved the laptop..
Then realize that there's a bottle of LIGHTER FLUID engulfed in the flames...
I'm still spitting up powder and carbon...
oh, and of course there's no gas in the building thanks to a fire alarm that happened earlier today (which i somehow SLEPT through after crashing form class)...so i can't dry my friggin bed sheets...
