Hmmm...well this is interesting
RA training just got a whole lot more complicated...

"Ohh the student, ohh the poor student..."
Please, you want me to have some more empathy for the 250+lb, 6+ft asshole who accosted several students in the lobby including an RA (who obviously called the police), then ran outside only to jump on some random car, break the windshield, repeatedly punch a student through the open window of his car as he pulled into the parking lot, then tried to attack an officer (who, by the way, is one of the nicer people you'll ever meet).

Please, don't give me that shit.
Reporters will be reporters, but without the full story, this is just stupid.

True it was surprising that neither of them had a tazer or other non-lethal weapon with them at the time, but hey, she what she could with what she had; all while being scared shitless. Once in the leg, the other in the shoulder.

He'll live...and hopefully learn.
But this is America...so most likely he'll try to sue.

So today i actually had took 5 minutes to think about my own life.... mostly thanks to quote by Stace that came from here. Perhaps one of the funniest blogs i've seen in some time. And of course the decision to do some "spring cleaning". In other words, i can actually see the wood of the table now that the million inhabitants have been dumped or shifted to neat piles elsewhere. Its really is a good feeling to see order restored..

Okay, i'm actually thinking about resigning from RA-dom at the end of this semester despite the fact that i really don't want to leave housing...
...there Happy now everybody!?

Seriously though, this guy's blog actually reminded me of the fact that i've long slipped away from myself. Just about every conversation that i've had recently somehow revolved around school, what "we're" doing, or something of the sort.
The "we're" of course indicative of the fact that i've become a component of this university...which of course isn't a bad thing. I really do love devoting my time and energy to making this place a wonderful experience, helping to enrich lives and all that wondeful love circle stuff...

Buttttt, i'm beginning to see the descent..
The whole music thing is becoming more and more important to me.
to the point now where everthing else falls into the 'fuck-off' category.
(of course the balance to this is of course the woman)
must ensure the security of my health ;)
That plus, i mean...
10 years down the road, i don't want my life to be full of memories of what i did, and done for my department..
I'd much rather spend it with the people i have memories with in these years, even if some of those occured in halls.

This guy i'm dj-ing with is incredibly motivated...like motivation for both of us level of motivation. Every day it's been a call...and "we really need to get..." and "what your schedule for march lookin like? cause..." not to mention the "hope you ready to hear bout this..". The venues right now are still small....but things will be getting better and better now that we have a Friday night spot @

It's an escape, it really is...
It's the kind of escape that bass was (no i haven't entirely given up on that yet...there will be a resurfacing)
But i think more and more its one of those things that i hope won't go away.
Investments have been made, names are being thrown out there and this will be big.

There's only one thing at the back of my mind though:what the hell's gonna happen when time is up and my plane's ready to depart?
